Between us, we have acquired many years of experience to deal with simple as well as complex dental needs. All our dentists undertake regular post-graduate training to ensure that we undertake best practice.
Dr. Punit Shah

Congratulations to Dr Punit Shah for receiving the honour of the highly commended dentist of the year at the dental awards 2010. He is one of the principal dentists of the practice. Punit graduated from the University of Manchester in 2000 with BSc [Hons] and BDS [Hons]. He gained his MFDS RCS [Edin] in 2003. After completion of vocational training, he worked in Restorative Dentistry posts at Leeds Dental Hospital and Guys, King’s and St Thomas’ Dental Institute. Punit has completed his 4-year Specialist Training at the renowned Guys, King’s and St Thomas’ Dental Institute and is now an accredited Specialist in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics (This is the field of dentistry relating to rebuilding natural teeth and restoring missing teeth with prosthetic replacements.) His specialist interest is in the area of toothwear and implant dentistry.
Dr Priya Shah

Priya is the other principal dentist at the practice. She graduated in 2002 from the Guys, King’s and St Thomas’ Dental Institute. Priya completed her vocational training in Ipswich and then joined the team at St Georges Hospital, Tooting as a Senior House officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Priya is dedicated to providing the best of both cosmetic and preventive dentistry. Her caring and gentle ways will put the most phobic dental patients at ease. She now divides her time between working part-time at the practice and looking after her two little boys, Dillan and Niyam.
Dr Howard Moseley

Howard is our Orthodontist. He graduated from Leeds in 1985 and then completed specialist Orthodontic training in 1993. Howard was awarded the British Orthodontic Society Young Specialist Award in 1997 for clinical expertise. At present, Howard is also a Consultant Orthodontist at the Watford General Hospital and Eastman Dental Institute. With extensive experience in hospital and specialist practice, he is able to offer a comprehensive assessment and treatment service for both children and adults.
Dr Bushra Ibrahim

Bushra is the latest dentist to join our team. She graduated from Guys, Kings and St Thomas’ Dental Institute in 2005, having achieved a distinction in Paediatric Dentistry. Following her passion for dentistry, she has attended several complex postgraduate courses to enable her to provide a diverse and wide variety of treatments for her patients. In 2008, she completed the MSc in Restorative Dentistry at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute. At present, she divides her time between general practice at Alexandra Park and the supervision and clinical teaching of undergraduate and junior staff at Acute Dental Care at King’s College Hospital. Outside of dentistry, she has developed a talent for glass painting and tapestries.
Dr Nalin Dhamecha

Nalin graduated from Kings College London in 1996. Following this, he worked as a General dentist and also attained his MFGDP qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2002. Having developed a passion for Endodontics [Root canal treatment], he attained his certificate in Endodontics from the Eastman Dental Institute in 2005. He now provides Endodontic services as a staff grade at St Georges Hospital in Tooting and at Alexandra Park. He is an active member of the British Endodontic Society. During his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his two children and volunteers for the Swaminarayan Hindu Temple in Neasden.
Dr Raj Chavda

Raj Chavda qualified from Cardiff in 2006. He has since worked in general practice for 5 years prior to limiting his practice to Endodontics (Root Canal Treatment). He is a Specialist in Endodontics [Rootcanal Treatment]. Professionally he is an active member of the British and Pan European Endodontic Societies. He attends lectures internationally and is currently conducting research at Guys Hospital to develop advanced 3D radiographic imaging techniques. Outside of dentistry, he is currently training for the Tough Mudder adventure race designed by the British Special Forces!
Dr Shina Popat

Specialist Oral Surgeon
Shina qualified with Distinction from St. Bartholomew’s and the Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2001. She has many years of experience in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery and gained her MFDS fellowship qualification in 2004 and her MSurg Dent qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2009. Shina has been a member of the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry ( SAAD) since 2004 and has undertaken further postgraduate training in treating nervous and anxious patients with sedation.
Shina currently works as an Oral Surgeon at King’s College Hospital 2 days a week where she is involved in the teaching and training of undergraduates, junior Doctors and Specialist Registrars in training. She works as a specialist oral surgeon in General and Private practice the rest of the week.

Mitesh qualified with a distinction from Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2009.
He is Invisalign and Inman certified, and therefore provides a solution for misaligned teeth and is currently undergoing implant training.
Mitesh works part time at Alexandra Park dental practice and than dedicates the rest of the week to treatment of nervous patients under sedation, where he utilises his good communication and interpersonal skills.
Mitesh is passionate about his dentistry and takes his time to provide you the best care possible in a gentle and caring manner. In his spare time he enjoys travelling, football and socialising with friends and family.

Dentist with a Special Interest in Endodontics
Dr Kowalczyk-Laska was an Erasmus Mundus Scholar at the University of Marseille in France and qualified in dentistry in 2004. She is fluent in English, French and Polish and has been working in General Practice since qualifying. She developed an interest in endodontics after spending two years working in a specialist private endodontic practice in Poland.
Joanna is a dentist with a Special Interest in Endodontics (root canal treatment). She has recently completed a two-year post graduate diploma at the world-renowned Eastman Dental Institute (part of the University College London).
She is passionate about providing her patients the highest quality treatment in a caring, relaxing environment.
Dr Mathew graduated from King’s College London Dental School in 2010 and has since completed the MFDS RCS Edin post graduate qualification (Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh).
Having completed The Aspire Academy “Advanced Operative Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry Course”, Dr Mathew has a keen interest in Aesthetic dentistry and is a trained Quick Straight Teeth and Enlighten Whitening provider.
Inspired by her Mother who was diagnosed with mouth cancer, Amira is committed to her continued professional and clinical development and is a firm believer in patient centered care. She particularly enjoys working with nervous patients and putting them at ease.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing sports and dance. Amira is a fundraiser for The Mouth Cancer Foundation, a charity close to her heart. She is a strong advocate of routine oral cancer screening and has run free screenings for walk in patients as part of oral cancer month. She is also part of a mentor scheme, helping to teach newly qualified dentists in practice.
Dr Ajay Mehta
Ajay qualified in 2017 from King’s College London. He was the first student to be a finalist for the Private Dentistry Awards. During his undergraduate career, he has been a key member for a range of committees including: British Dental Association, Heart Your Smile, Smile Society. He enjoys teaching dental students and runs his own course . In his spare time, he enjoys football, TV Shows, movies, cricket, dancing and charity work. He works closely with a charity in India to eradicate poverty amongst children and improve education.
Our hygienists, Mrs Jurate Berg (GDC No. 219305) and Mrs Agnieska Glowacka (GDC No. 168126) provide invaluable support to our dentists. Our hygienists are very much appreciated by our patients for their gentle and caring approach. They provide advice and guidance on oral hygiene methods to help keep gums healthy, prevent gum disease and promote fresh breath.
Our friendly support staff include our dental nurses and receptionists without whom our team would not be complete. We are proud of the care and attention they show to our patients. Their impressive range of skills and abilities is a great credit to them and invaluable to our practice.
